Important information for your stay at the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois - everything else can be found in the digital Room's directory, which is available in every room.
The rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of your arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 12 noon on the day of your departure. If you would like to leave later, please contact reception. Let our concierge know if you would like to leave your luggage on the day of departure (free of charge).
Parking facilities are available for a fee at the Storchen multistorey car park, which is just a two minutes’ walk from the hotel (CHF 40/day). Valet service is also available upon request.
We will be happy to organise your transfer to the train station, airport or your desired destination (subject to a charge). Since January 2024, our "Lucid Air Touring" electric vehicle from "Lucid Motors" has also been available for this purpose. The vehicle skilfully combines luxury, performance and sustainability with an impressive 629 hp and a range of up to 725 km. Experience the future of driving pleasure with our limousine service and travel in style.
A lavish buffet breakfast is served every morning in the Brasserie. Weekdays from 6 am to 10.30 am and weekends from 7 am to 10.30 am. Every Sunday, brunch from 12 noon to 3 pm. Or you can enjoy your breakfast in your room.
Discover our gym with a view of the Rhine. It is equipped with the latest from Technogym: pulse training on the cardio training equipment, muscle building on the multi-power rack and dump-bell training.
Your four-legged friends are welcome in our hotel too. However, out of consideration for the other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant Cheval Blanc. We charge a fee of CHF 55 a day per dog, excluding food.
You can use the Internet via cable free of charge throughout your stay. If you want a secure line, you should use the Swisscom WLAN hotspot.
