Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois unveils its new restaurant “BANKS”
On 12 September 2025, the restaurant BANKS opens in the newly redesigned head building of the Grand Hotel Les Trois Rois at Blumenrain 2 – a historic landmark reimagined by Herzog & de Meuron. Social dining in a vibrant atmosphere and a European-Asian cuisine: a culinary concept that adds a new dimension to Basel.
