The “Bundesfeier am Rhein” is one of Basel’s most beloved summer traditions. Along the banks of the Rhine, visitors enjoy a vibrant ambiance with music, food and festive highlights. The celebrations begin with the spectacular fireworks on 31 July, followed by Switzerland’s National Day on 1 August.
