Cocktails are ”in” – and martini cocktails, mojitos and Mai Tai are not only a hit with the younger generation. Head barman Thomas Huhn lets you take an in-depth look into the shaker. You learn the correct way to shake or stir classic and modern drinks, which ingredients are a must in your home bar and which tools you need.

CHF 215 course costs incl. certificate, aperitif, coffee break with patisserie as well as hot and cold amuse-bouches in the Chef’s Table.

BAR MIXING CLASS II

Saturdays from 1 pm to 6 pm

The long-awaited continuation of the now legendary Bar Mixing Class I. In the first part, Thomas Huhn will provide more basic knowledge about traditional spirits like gin, vodka, tequila and rum. In addition, the current Swiss Champion will give insights into Liquid Kitchen drinks and an introduction to molecular bar culture on the basis of espumas and caviar.
